At Classic Design + Build we begin the home building process by "listening to our Clients." Only after we understand the needs, goals, and aspirations of our clients can we begin the process of designing their home. David J. Kacar AIA, Architect/Owner has been designing homes for over 30 years and is passionate about good design.
Our partnership with clients continues through the construction phase under the guidance of R. Michael Holland, Builder/Owner. Mike has built more than 300 custom homes with Classic since 1990. Quality construction means that we listen to our clients during the construction phase, to build one of a kind homes. Our reward comes from satisfied clients who consistently refer Classic to their friends.
